I for one am rather glad that we don’t have giant carnivorous reptiles roaming around anymore – it would make doing the grocery shopping even more hellish than it already is with three kids. My three year old has other ideas – he loves dinosaurs and would really, really, really like to meet one. Lucky for him dinosaurs are coming to Melbourne. Dinosaur Adventures – the number one attraction at Sydney’s Royal Easter Show this year will be showing at Melbourne’s Caufield Racecourse from 21st June and to July 20th. As well as giant dinosaur animatronics there are fossil digs, dinosaur sand art, fossil displays, dinosaur inflatable activity lands and rides on site. Dinosaur Adventures is the next best thing to meeting a real, live dinosaur. We can’t wait to go, and I have one family pass to give away to a lucky reader. To enter. Simply tell me in the comments section what sort of dinosaur your child would be and why – in 25 words or less. Eg. My son is a talksnonstopasaurus because I can never get a word in.
Tickets are $27 per person and under threes are free. By your tickets online here.
Terms and Conditions: Entries close on June 15th 2014. Entries are open to Australian residents only aged 18 and over. The competition is a game of skill. The winners will receive one family pass (4 tickets/family pass) for a Saturday the 21st of June session of Dinosaur Adventures. The winners will be announced on the Bubs on the Move Facebook Page when the giveaway is complete. Prize is not transferrable and not redeemable for cash. Bubs on the Move and Dinosaur Adventures will have the right to use the winner’s name on social media and newsletters.

My kids most closely resemble the giant Iamgoingtodrivemymomcrazyasauras, known to have caused the extinction of many mum’s sense of peace and ability to remain calm!
Fusspotasaurus known for analysing it’s food carefully, looking for anything it doesn’t like, will grow up to be a ruthless food critic!
Isitmorningyetosaurus – Rare species that like to wake around 5am, and make lots of noise, trying to shake the other creatures into action! Without much success…
My son is a T-Rex. He tells me he is a meat eating dinosaur and I am a vegetarian one. He always runs with his back. Half bent over, little hands pulled into his chest and lifts his knees in the air! Nothing but realistic! Kind of embarrassing for me at times!
My kids are both cannevereatenoughalwayshungrysauruses… they rummage in the pantry like wild animals, and seem to grow taller and taller at an exponential rate!
My son is definitely and Allosaurus… he lives for dinosaurs. We literally have double of all clothing including PJs because all he will wear is dino clothing!
