Kid’s shoes are kind of my thing right now….Partly that’s because my little girl has a thing for shoes herself and somehow after parenting two boys that floats my boat. Also, as two of my three are “sensory kids” and buying footwear that doesn’t feel good to their sensory feet is as close to throwing money in the bin as the real deal. For both reasons I’ve developed some rather strong brand loyalty to infant and kids shoe brand Bobux, The shoes are comfortable, they last, and they look awesome.
Bobux recently launched their ranges Aktiv & Explorer City, a result of their partnership with Solène Roure, a French fashion designer based in London.
Asked about her design process, Solène responded: “Design to me is when beautiful materials and practical elements come together into one to form something high quality, and useful. A synergistic approach to both form and function.”
The Bobux-Solène partnership seems to be working because the Aktiv and Explorer City ranges are stunning.

I’d love aktiv white/black plus for my 4 year old rascal – to run, jump and climb to his hearts content in cool new kicks.
I would select Aktiv GREY / WHITE PLUS for my Mr Cheeky because these looks to be very comfortable ,easy to wear and durable.
Vogue pink/silver – because the look fabulous and comfy

They are all divine. I’d choose Activ white/gold splash because who doesn’t love a splash of gold?!
It would have to be the Aktiv grey/white plus. They look so cool his dad will be jealous :-)!
It’s a tough choice but I would choose the Activ grey/white plus for Jenson for there comfort, durability and the fact that they are so cool and on trend with the geometric patterning. I also love how light weight they are.
My little man would love to choose a pair of Aktiv grey ‘shoosh’ from his cupboard to complete his uber cool style!
The Aktiv white/black plus really caught my eye. My nephew is super energetic, always on the go and it would be great to give him a pair of shoes as unstoppable as him.
